“Really like the part in breathing and meditation too many people are jacked high on media social media or like me Videogames and Political Radio tune in tune out. I take Magnesium and Romaine Lettuce two things the book recommends also lots of nuts. I do take Lisinopril Nurse AP wants me in more stuff but I can’t tolerate it especially Hcz which I tried twice works but not worth it. 151 over 102 is my usual BP I can get it lower but it’s higher usually Fish Oil gas goes me tins to curb food cravings.”
